Cheri was excellent. She went above and beyond her role to sell the property. There were complications because I live out of state and was going to travel out of the country and she facilitated the paperwork necessary to complete the sell. She also kept me informed of everything even though I was not in the country. I would highly recommend her and actually we have hired her to sell another property.

Susan created an exceptional buyers experience from start to finish. Beginning with our first "get to know each other" meeting. She remained consistent, informative and on point. She was always available to show us property quickly in this difficult market. She established a closing timeline with the tasks, the responsible person and when the tasks needed to be completed. The timeline definitely kept us on track and in fact we actually closed earlier than expected. The process and organization provided for a smooth closing experience. We have worked with Michelle since 2008 when we purchased our condo in Pelican Bay. When we decided to upsize to a house in Pelican Bay, Michelle spent a great deal of time showing us homes and then did a very good job in negotiating the purchase price. Michelle helped us in the sale of our condo receiving full price offers within three days. Michelle also determined that exact time to have the photos of our condo listing so as to maximize sunlight without any glare. Lots of paperwork with Pelican Bay and the County Assesors office, once again, Michelle was out front in making the transition as easy as possible. We highly recommend Michelle and John R Wood.
