“The best real estate person I have ever dealt with. Best house selling experience I have had and I’ve sold 6 houses. I contacted three real companies to interview and he was the first to respond. He agreed to an appointment the for the next day and when he came by he was prepared with a presentation specific to my house…very professional. Of the three he was the only one who supported my price plan. Which was very aggressive. I remember he said, “We only need to find the one person who is looking for this house.” And we did! Ed was fantastic throughout the entire process! He kept us informed and was accessible day or night, weekends and even during his vacation! He offered great guidance and advice. I think the experience I am about to describe to you in working with Kara to sell my home will stop you in your tracks; you will want to call her immediately. First, and most importantly, I wanted to interview at least 5 agents before deciding with whom to do business. I sent a list of 5 questions to all of the prospects and asked them to plan to answer those questions during our interview. I also asked them to present a marketing plan in writing, for how they would go about getting my house sold and closed within 90 days. Shockingly, even Realtors® from national firms have no clue how to present a marketing plan. Why would you choose someone with no plan to sell your #1 asset? On the contrary, Kara came prepared. She went through the house and gave me 5 straight, spot-on answers. She then pulled out a professional marketing plan that she would implement, with a plan to have the house sold in 30 days. Only because I didn't take her advice on the listing price of the house to begin with, and because the buyers were royal pita's, we had a contract on our home within 70 days. Throughout the negotiating process, Kara always rose to any challenge, always with my best interest at heart. She also effectively managed through some significant conflict along the way, always taking the high road, and again, with my best interests at heart. Kara is not just a real-estate agent; she is your fierce guardian angel.
