We couldn’t have chosen a better agent to help us find our Naples dream home. Kevin made us feel welcomed and jumped into finding the perfect place. He helped show us homes that fit our wish list and price range. He soon knew us better than we knew ourselves!! It could have been overwhelming but he weeded through the unnecessary and brought us back to what was truly the most important. We cannot think of one thing that he could have done to help us anymore than what he did. I hired Eddie back in the fall to rent out my Coach home in Naples. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Eddie is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. I had a contract with an agent to lease out my new furnished Coach home in Naples for 10 months with no showings. I found Eddie‘s name and reached out to him. He immediately went over to my unit to take a look at it l. I live out of town so he handled the cleaning service , a handyman to fix odds and ends and had a showing two days later and rented it out for a full year. He is extremely responsive, knows the market better than anyone , goes above and beyond and always with a smile! I would use him time and time again!
