Because we were selling our Pelican Bay property while living in St. Louis, we believed the process would be very challenging. Nothing could be further from the truth. Jill and her assistant, Barbara, made the sale of our home practically stress free. Jill responded to our emails, text messages and phone calls in a very timely manner and provided all the information we needed. She took care of securing all the service visits related to the home inspection. She provided excellent referrals to any other professional we needed. Denise was great. The search for a place was tough because of the competition but she was right on top of every opportunity and we were able to find the right place. I doubt if we would have been as successful with anyone else because she was on to us as soon as a property was listed and we were pretty much first in line to view (and offer). Denise kept us on track with all the requirements for closing. I have had a number of property transactions in the last 40 years and this one I remember best because it was painless.
