Karyn Samuel was amazing to work with on the purchase of our first home! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She was always available to answer questions and made us feel at ease. She guided us through every step of the home buying process. She has great connections in the community, which was very helpful to us as newcomers to the area. Her personality was a perfect match for both me and my husband. We highly recommend her! While We hope to never move again, she is the only person we would call upon for any future real estate needs!

Nicola Wakelin was fantastic. After having my house on the market with another realtor for 3.5 months and not having success selling the property, I sought her help. She had a great reputation and a record of success. We met and she took the time to understand my needs. She made wonderful suggestions like making some simple inexpensive changes to some of the fixtures and staging the property. She had too notch photographers and videographers take pictures and then marketed the property through a variety of avenues to provide me with the highest level of visibility. She sold my property at top dollar and it closed in less than 6 weeks. In addition, she kept me informed throughout the process, provided advice when I asked for it, and even went to my house in advance of every showing to ensure the property was ready to show and then closed up afterwards ensuring my property was secure (previous realtors showing the property left it open after leaving, several times) . Nicola has a genuine and friendly personality. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her for anyone interested in selling (or buying) a home in Naples FL.

Susan goes far and beyond for her clients. Without her we would have had a very difficult move from Scottsdale as we were in Canada. Because of Covid we couldn’t get down to meet the movers coming from Arizona. Susan and Tanya supervised the unloading of the truck and checked off every item. She did this for total strangers. She recognized we were in a bad in a situation and felt she needed to help. We will always be very grateful for this amazing lady. We now have the honour of calling her a dear friend. Simply the best

Danielle was prepared and aware of our needs for a Home. She found us the home of our dreams in one day and followed through to insure that we were able to successfully purchase the Home. Great person; always had good ideas and showed us many properties in the area we were looking in with the features we wanted. It was a challenge for Rob to find us properties that met our criteria AND in our price range but he did it! We are very happy with the property we purchased. Rob is so personable and knowledgeable. When my husband and I first met Mary Jo we knew there was no one else we would want to help guide us through the process of purchasing our new home. She was knowledgeable, helpful and so reassuring. She went above and beyond for us from the very beginning. She was so prepared at our first meeting I was blown away. She had clearly put in a lot of time to help us begin our house hunting process, and I knew we had made the right choice. She really wanted us to find the right home for our family and was more than happy to show us different types of properties in different areas so we could make the best decision. Mary Jo worked tirelessly for us and was so reliable. She answered every question we had, referred us to a great network of contacts as needed and did very thorough research before we put in an offer. I can’t say enough about Mary Jo and how wonderful she made our experience. It’s often hard to find dependable professionals and she far exceeded our expectations. By the end of the process she was not only our realtor but a friend as well. I would suggest anyone looking to buy or sell a home to call Mary Jo.
