I cannot say enough positive things about Bill's professional expertise in getting a difficult sale across the finish line. The home needed updating as it 30 years old. We had several buyers blackout after initial deposits. Bill did so much on his own time to get this sale across the finish line. I live out of state and am forever grateful and thankful all Bill did to make this happen.

Sandra was excellent, setting up an aggressive marketing campaign, keeping our house out there and getting lots of visits through open houses. She advised us when to drop the price and got us the sale we needed as quickly as we needed it. She kept us informed and was easy to work with.

Scott is the consummate professional! He knows his product and he pays attention to his customers. He is immediately responsive to questions and he helped in situations where he did not necessarily need to. He does whatever it takes to get the job accomplished.
