Bill is the best real estate agent in all of the USA. He explained every part of the sales process to me and helped me sell my house in a very tough market. If there ever was someone I can count on to come pick me up at 3am when no one else was around, i would call Bill. He would come no matter what the circumstances were. He's the type of real estate agent that everyone wants to have, but doesn't know.

It is hard to sell long distance but Cheryl took care of every problem that popped up and kept us well apprised of what was happening the whole time. The process was as painless as she could make it for us and we appreciate all of her efforts.

Mariann is very thorough and detailed in her presentation of the properties she shows. Lyn was terrific in both getting a fair price for our old home in Interlachen as well as finding us a suitable condo in a Pelican Bay high-rise. She managed the process in a way that permitted us to understand the market while we were waiting to sell and then rapidly identifying and closing on a property that met our needs once we had our old home under contract. We were pleased to have Lyn on our side on both ends of the transaction. She understood our wishes and represented our interests throughout.

The reality support we received was excellent from start to stop. Heidi Dean was professional, tireless, and relentless in turning what could have been a difficult sale into a complete success. We were challenged by a sudden, completely unexpected, downturn in the southwest Florida Condominium market, a very heavy last-minute special assessment, and a substantial increase in HOA-related carrying charges. Added to these difficulties were buyer-related eligibility issues that manifest in a variety of ways all of which required knowledge of the issues and easy rapport with the controlling management company. However, Heidi Dean, was able to overcome each problem and guide us through to a very successful sale – We could not be happier.
