I was extremely pleased with John R Wood Associates and my sales associate Cheryl Acquafresca. She kept us informed about our property we were selling and gave us good advice about making changes when we needed to. Held open houses for us and made herself available for bringing clients by to see property any time they needed to. Pleased with everything.

I used Pat Messerich as my realtor for the property I purchased in Fort Myers. Since I was living out of state I needed someone who could research, view, and give good feedback on existing listings. Since Pat has been a resident of Florida for many years he had a strong working knowledge of all areas of the City as well as the surrounding areas. I relied on Pat to be my eyes and ears since I could not always be there firsthand to view. He was prompt in all communication, responses, details, etc. of anything I asked. I finally found the property of choice that I wanted and he was skilled and helpful in negotiations with the sellers. It was very evident form the onset that Pat was always working with my best interests and needs only..... I would definitely use and recommend Pat to anyone seeking a strong and knowledgeable realtor for their needs in the Southwest Florida area.

On our initial meeting with Linda Loomis, we could tell that she was knowledgeable about properties like ours. We then set up an additional meeting to further discuss the selling of our house. She was prepared to discuss all aspects of putting our house up for sale and how she would advertise it. Within two weeks of putting the house on the market we had two offers on the house. We negotiated with the end buyer a contract that was acceptable to both parties. Her advice and team helped make the closing very smooth. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a house.

Juliane sold our previous home and we contacted her a year later after moving out of state as we decided to return home to Naples.
