Pat sold us our condo at Grande Cay in 2004. He knew what we were looking for and found us a condo better than we imagined. He walked us through the process quickly and efficiently and advised us every step of the way. We have become good friends and when it was time to sell our condo we gave it back to him to find a buyer. Again, within a short period of time, he found us the right buyer and we sold our condo and all it's furnishings at the price we desired. We left our condo with only our suitcases, exiting without fuss or turmoil. Pat is a honest and fair broker with a realistic approach to the housing market. His integrity is admirable.

My sister and I first meet Beth McNichols shortly after our mother died just over nine years ago. We were impressed by her clear insight of the Naples market as well as her kind and gracious manner. This is why we decided, close to nine years later, we would like her representation in the sale of our parents' Carriage Club apartment.She was with a different agency when we initially signed on with her. Beth later became an agent for John R Wood. We felt strongly that retaining Beth as our agent was more important than staying with any particular realty agency. Fortunately, the manager of her former agency respected our wish to waive our agreement, so we could continue with Beth as our agent now that she was with John R wood. In the aftermath of hurricane Irma, this proved to be the right decision. The roof blew off our Carriage Club apartment, causing considerable water damage and resulting mold. Knowing that restoring apartment 61 was going to be a long painstaking process, Beth wasted no time personally viewing the damage and securing timely commitments from contractors best qualified to restore our property to even better condition than it was when we originally put it on the market. Beth was able to maintain her commitment to us while dealing with the many hardships she and her family had to face trying to bring their lives back to some semblance of normalcy after the damage caused by Irma to their own property and to the entire area.If it were not for Beth's constant focus on the many unexpected variables that occurred in the process of restoring our property, I believe we would still be a long way from actually listing apartment 61 back on the market.
