We have been working with Susie Bogan for a number of years. We missed out on a property in Pelican Marsh. Susie kindly videotaped a few units for us to see. She has really gone above and beyond for us. We live in Toronto Canada. She did tell me she would find us a home, and she was right. She found us the perfect condo, after taking all our requirements into consideration. It has taken us a number of years to get there, and she never gave up. She has been a fountain of useful information for us. A truly amazing agent. Lovely to work with. Gives 110%. I would definitely recommend her in a heartbeat.

Kevin Fuller is the best communicator I have met in a very long time. I don't just mean with respect to real estate--he facilitates all issues and hurdles and in retrospect makes me wonder, "wow, why was I even worried about that--Kevin is on top of it." He is extremely calm and reassuring. My first impression is his ability to set one at ease that this deal would work out--and it did! He was always available and has the gift for patiently explaining how real estate works in Florida (way different than in Michigan). Kevin follows through on everything – he often simply called and answered a question immediately. This not only makes a favorable impression but set my wife and I at ease knowing that he always had the bases covered. If he could not get the answer right then, we inevitably had it by the end of the day. We ended up changing up our condo financing after two weeks. This just worked out best for us. Kevin was totally unflappable. He was not worried about closing. He simply called our lender the next day and got things rolling with a new timetable that we understood. We were never concerned. We would definitely use Kevin again and would strongly recommend him. I don't give recommendations lightly. I assure you Kevin is excellent. I met him after some friends recommended that I look at a certain condo that he had shown them at an open house. Our friends told me that part of the allure of the property was the competence of the agent. I left that initial appointment knowing that we would put an offer on the property after talking with Kevin for only an hour. He knew everything about the property. For all the angst that goes along with buying a condo in a different state, Kevin made us feel at ease with his proficiency and easy manner. He likes people and it is easy to see he enjoys his job. Kevin was awesome. He held numerous open houses and, as sellers who could not be present in Naples, kept us in the loop 100%. He was very transparent and made great suggestions for sales appeal. He has amazing communication skills and great presentation, which we also find so appealing. His knowledge of the processes and his service contacts are welcoming and our closing went without a hitch. We would recommend him unconditionally.

Having purchased 7 homes from North Carolina to Florida, I can honestly say that Lisa Johnson was the best buyer's agent we have ever used before! Lisa was always willing to go the extra mile to help us in our home search, and was always the most friendly, honest and caring realtor throughout the entire process. Although it took us a while to sell our previous home, Lisa was always willing to show us homes, which eventually allowed us to find our perfect home in Southwest Florida. Sally Kellogg has been exceptional from start to end. I worked and coordinated with her 5 months prior to listing to get her guidance on what I need to do to have my house ready for listing. She gave me plentiful of recommendations on contractors who could help complete some of the tasks. I have also had great working relationship with many of her recommended contractors. At the end, I am glad that my house was sold within my expected timeframe. She excels in communication with her ongoing transparency. She has a lot of patience and wisdom to get things moving. Most of all, she's fun to work with. Yes, I would want to work with her again, if there's any opportunities.

Michelle was fantastic to work with, always punctual, prepared and professional. We felt that Michelle had our best interest at heart because she took the time to understand our likes and dislikes, and advised us accordingly as to which properties were best suited to our needs and desires. When it was time to place an offer, Michelle guided us through the process. Her timing and knowledge of the market really worked to our advantage.
