5 Stars Dennis and Alysia were excellent through out the process. They kept me apprised of market conditions. They also advised me when to adjust price to be in line with comparable properties. Most importantly, they helped me manage the property when I was 3,000 miles away and not able to deal with it directly. Alysia helped put up the kevalar screening to protect the 10 foot tall sliding glass doors before the hurricane arrived Then Alysia followed up with several contractors to finish getting the screening installed and the landscaping all completed. Dennis took the the buyers thru on their last walk thru and helped position the buyers and me to complete the transaction successfully. .I was very relived to have both Dennis and Alysia caring for my property when I was unable to do so for myself. Dennis and Alysia make a terrific team.

Robert has been fantastic in helping us with our successful, year-long search for a home. He understood what we wanted and continued to keep us posted as new homes came on the market. We live abroad and he was very able to manage the time differences and difficulties in reaching us. We can’t recommend Robert enough — he is by far the best agent we’ve ever had in purchasing a home. John was working for us continually He listened to my wants in a second residence. He sent us many possibilities but when they were not “just right” he patiently kept looking for us. He was a positive force when I had lost all hope of getting something in our price range and the craziness of the price wars It took us a year but he found us what we consider a perfect match. He helped us with the financing possibilities and steered us to a great law firm to handle our closing. He is a pleasure to work with and I will miss time spent looking at homes with John. What a treasure you have with John.

Lorri Bruno, is by far, the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She is extremely patient, (we’ve been looking with her for over 5 years) and truly keeps the client’s best interest in mind. Her followup, attention to detail and work ethic are unmatched.
