We worked with Daniel to purchase a vacation home in Naples. We were lucky to have met him at an open house. When we were ready to make our purchase, Daniel arranged 11 showings in 2 days! He was very honest and helpful as we weighed the pros and cons of each property. His guidance was very valuable. We're so lucky to have found the perfect property on our very first property search. Lisa Rogstad was an absolute rock star guiding me through the sale of my late sister's home. Her knowledge of the Naples market, and particularly her knowledge of the community where the house was located, was invaluable. Because the house was in probate it took a long time to get to closing, but Lisa was always positive, always forward-looking, and always encouraging me. I cannot count the number of "little things" she was willing to do to keep me informed of the next steps. Being three hours away was never a problem as she kept me informed without bombarding me with unnecessary information. I would recommend Lisa Rogstad without hesitation to anyone looking for a competent, experienced realtor in SWFL.

After encountering Dave at a neighbors open house, I was struck by his enthusiasm and energy! That’s what I wanted. One of the BEST realtors in the world!! He and his wife, Kim are a super team! Cannot say enough good about them!! They are wonderful and deserve the best! I did use him again to purchase another house a few weeks after selling mine. Love them like family!! Not only was Jackie prepared to show us what things we thought we wanted but was quick to switch wheels and show us many more homes/townhomes in a very short window of time! Her sincerity and professionalism made our days not only fun but productive. As an agent myself it was difficult to put my trust in another agent in an unknown area but after working with Jackie I will certainly refer her to anyone coming into the area. She's a great agent and a joy to work with! Definitely 5 stars across the board! We felt like not only did we have a great agent but also met a soon to be good friend as we make Bonita Springs our winter home!
