Pat helped us find a home in Naples a couple of years ago. Pat patiently took us to many, many houses and condos. It is not often that you find a real estate agent of such a high caliber. Lyn Reddy combines knowledge and professionalism with the ability to work hard for you. As with doctors, lawyers, bankers, etc., you want the best and most competent, with Lyn you will find that. She is the best! In Lyn I made a good choice and it paid off in reduced stress and anxiety with high satisfaction.

This was a new experience, having not sold a property in over 16 years, and never in Florida! Lauren and Rick made me comfortable very quickly with their friendly and easy manner, at the same time being very professional and knowledgeable about the area and a bundled golf property. I felt at ease with their explanations and advice.

Fantastic realtors! They made the whole process simple and even pleasurable. They were there every step of the way and never failed to answer a call or text within a very short time regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day. We were never left wondering what was going on or what we were expected to do. They staged our unit, made suggestions on what we could do and should not do to show the unit in it's best light. They advertised the unit, showed the unit and had realtor and buyer open houses. We could not have asked for a better team to show our house. Thank you so much Chris and Pete, you are fantastic.

Michelle Lyons is a star! I am highly recommending Michelle Lyons, realtor, for all your real estate needs. My 90+ year old father lived in another state happily and independently without any family or support until he started to have critical medical issues. I moved him to my state to be close to me and so I could monitor his medical care. Unfortunately, I had many things to untangle and liquidate…one was a piece of land near SW Florida and Punta Gorda that he had purchased many many years ago. As I live in another state and had no idea how to sell this land or any of the requirements, I reached out to my personal realtor in my state for advice. She researched and recommended I use Michelle Lyons and I will forever be grateful for that advice. Ms. Lyons, is honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She quickly started to untangle the mess associated with the property among which was taking my deceased mother’s name off the property title. Michelle knew my situation and had the property sold at our agreed upon price within days. All the correspondence was done digitally and through the phone and notary which again I will forever be grateful as my plate was overflowing with the care of my dad. Her honesty, compassion, and attention to detail in a very complicated sale made her my hero. Thank you Michelle I appreciate all that you did for my father and me.

Outstanding Realtor! We met Annie in March when we first visited Naples and fell in love with it. Annie helped us all the way from then, gave us portals of real estate and guided us along every step of the way. Best experience we have ever had in looking for and purchasing a home. And that includes international house hunting in Germany. She has to be the best you have as we could not think of anything that could have been better. Her understanding of the dynamics during our August buying trip got us the house we bought, another offer was given before ours and she accurately knew what to do, and our offer was accepted. Then in the closing process in October, she also was with us every step of the way. Now all we have to do is move there! Working on that as fast as we can!
