Jim was as professional, efficient, understanding, helpful, instructive, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and available as we could have ever hoped for. He (and Cheryl, his assistant ) kept us updated all along the process. We never felt for a moment we were not aware of just what was going on and what it meant for the sale of our home. We felt they respected our home and property as we did but brought to us the knowledge of the market in which we were selling our home. They did an excellent job at presenting our home to the sellers in the market. We were given the full information and good advice we needed to make informed decisions. We did not experience any pressure to do one thing or another. We felt we were heard and respected. Jim (and Cheryl) were excellent as was our experience with them in selling our home.
