We highly recommend her. A veteran realtor, she was quite knowledgeable of the Naples real estate market, processes, and people. You have to rein in all realtors, including Mary, regarding spending on improvements to make your home “market ready,” but amongst all the realtors we consulted with Mary was clearly the most mindful of not wasting our money and keeping presale improvements to the absolute minimum needed. In the end we received several comparable offers from potential buyers and Mary’s negotiation skills in dealing with the various buyer’s agents resulted in adding $15k to the end sales price. Mary was quite accessible throughout the process. She covers all of Naples but if you happen to live in the Marbella Lakes community utilizing her services is a no brainer.

I've been working with David Luciano since April 2022 per a recommendation. He is patient, educational and a tremendous resource. It took 2 years, and I got what I outlined. Wasn't in a hurry so we keep looking until the right property came along. I would recommend David highly.
