Zach and Dan Anderson went above and beyond for the Fenn family. They were organized, timely, up-front, communicative, and a thousand other things. Kellie was very patient with me and my quirks as I bought my house virtually sight unseen. I knew the floor plan and had been in another house of this model, altho I did see pictures, but I never set foot in my house until 3 days before the closing, so I relied on Kellie to make sure everything went well.

Brandon did an amazing job finding me the home of my dreams. Not only was he on top of every aspect of the purchase, but he went well above and beyond in every aspect of the buying experience. He had all of the information about every property we viewed together and was available for any question I threw at him. He was ready at a moment's notice whenever an opportunity came up for a home I wanted to view. He even had questions and/or suggestions of his own that I hadn't thought about, yet was glad that he did. From viewing to closing, Brandon handed me the keys inside of a month and I couldn't be happier with exactly how the process went. I would recommend Brandon and his team 100 times out of 100 when asked. A "thank you" can't even properly do justice here.

My husband and I were looking for the perfect home.Diana Coyle found it...... Actually Diana found us three homes.First in Lakemount......then Sanctuary....and as of a month ago Bay creek.
