It is one process to make the decision to buy something, and a whole different process to complete the paperwork. Christine expertly guided us through it, taking the time to answer our questions, and to investigate any issues. Jeannie was great. She marketed our property quickly and found several potential tenants. After she conducted background checks we were able to choose someone who we thought would be an excellent tenant. Jeannie also put in some extra effort to ensure the house was in great shape before the tenant moved in.
