We could not have had a better experience purchasing our home in Sanibel, thanks to Carolyn. Carolyn provided us with invaluable information from start to finish. We first explored the idea of buying a home during COVID, and Carolyn was a wealth of information and very patient as we first looked at homes. Then the hurricane hit and Carolyn continued to be a reliable source of information, even when we put our search on hold. When a home that "checked all our boxes" was on the market, Carolyn was responsive, knowledgeable, and very dependable. She was especially helpful since we live in the northeast and closed on the home remotely. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and highly recommend Carolyn for anyone looking for a home on Sanibel Island!

Jill Rogers of John R. Wood was our realtor three years ago when we purchased our first Naples condo in Pelican Bay. We called Jill when we decided to look at Kalea Bay and she was our realtor for the purchase of our new condo in Kalea Bay. We then asked Jill to be our realtor for the sale of our Pelican Bay condo, which went under contract within 90 days at a price above list. All of our experiences with Jill have been very positive. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market in Naples as well as the technical details of purchases and sales that are very important to know. We would not call anyone else if we need a realtor in the future and we would not hesitate to recommend Jill to anyone buying or selling a condo or home in Naples.

Tania is very professional and knowledgeable. Tania worked hard with us to help us find a condo that met our criteria. She paid attention to our needs and spent a lot of time with us. Most impressive is the time she spent with us after the sale! Since we were out of town for the closing, Tania met with our daughter to assist her with the walk through, providing her with much needed help on the necessary questions to ask, and issues that needed to be addressed. We were very appreciative of her willingness to help at that time.

Alice was very helpful in our selection of a new home site. We viewed several areas and Alice spent the day driving, explaining and advising us of each site visited. Alice spent time prior ro us arriving in Florida and has spent follow up time after our selection of a new home site keeping in contact. Alice is more than a real estate agent she has now become a friend. I highly recomend Alice as a Real Estate Professional.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Doug and Erin Risher. They went above and beyond the normal protocol of realtors with a personal touch that is so hard to find these days. Isabelle Wells is very efficient, knowledgeable and patient, which is great in a realtor because buying or selling can make you very nervous and on edge, but she can calm you down and walk you through the process. I have known Isabelle for many years and would not bother to look for another realtor. She helped my husband and myself through the process of buying our home and also a condo. Don’t look any further, just call her.
