My wife Susan and I were very happy with the experience with both Heather and Julie when Heather was away on vacation. We never saw the unit and were looking at a number of other units. We decided to purchase 448 Teryl because we wanted the brightest 2nd floor unit in a fairly quite location. Although Heather could have made more commission on another unit where she was also the listing agent she without us seeing steered us to 448. We got a good price and a bright condo in a great location near the club house, the main pool, the first tee and the 18th green. Please also thank Julie who helped us all the way to close. You have a good team and we thank you and your agency. We hope that Heather and Julie and your agency will help us get the unit rented November thru March for the next 5 years until retirement as well.

We can't Thank Amy enough. Not only is she an excellent realtor but an awesome person. She went above and beyond to find the right home for us. The best part is the service has continued. We live out of town and she was kind enough to do the walk through on our new home. She has continued to stay in touch throughout the process. I have been trying to get anyone I know to contact her if they are thinking of moving to the southwest area of Florida. If you are looking to play games or to get a bargain Amy is not for you. We managed to get our property sold in a difficult market with high inventory and limited buyers. Anita used persistence in maintaining connections with the buyers' agent. In what we feel was a "buyers market" we were happy our home sold at a price we felt was fair.
