Bruce was outstanding through the entire process - combined facts with professional judgment re listing price decision, worked very hard in maintaining open houses over many months, had excellent relationships with various buyer brokers, and was able to guide us through various wrinkles that arose in this successful transaction. Lisa was good right from the beginning. She was patience with this old curmudgeon throughout the sale. Her knowledge was a blessing as it's been a long time since I purchased or sold a home. Her association with the representative from the title company made this so much easier and understandable. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their residence.

5 years ago My wife and I purchased a house in Naples from Karyn . Karyn was fantastic to work with. My wife explained to her what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood. Karyn did not waste our time. Karyn only showed us houses which met our criteria. In October 2017 we contacted Karyn we planned on selling our house. We live in New York and you know there are many matters of concern in selling a house. Karyn made our lives extremely easy. She handled everything involving the sale including being there for my movers estimates. I highly recommend Karyn not just for her professionalism but more importantly personal touch in working with her clients.
