Mike is an outstanding realtor. He was well prepared with property information packets, gave me information about the area, listened to what my needs where for property choices. He lined up many properties and was patient. He was there every step of the way, from appts. to view, home inspection, and the closing process. Dave and Kim have helped myself, my sister and my parents over these past few years with our Real Estate needs. Dealing with them felt like we were dealing with friends who we have known for years. It has been a pleasure working with John. My husband and I started working with John last fall. His attention to each detail is amazing. He impressed us not only by his focus on all elements but also by checking out condos himself and reporting back to us. We trusted his opinions. We were in MN at the time and we were unable to go to FL due to medical issues. We were equally impressed with John's ability to manage and coordinate all the paperwork with us, as well as the several other clients he was working with at the same time. Lisa met us right where we were, beginners not really knowing what we wanted. She listened to what we said we wanted in a property and helped us along with the process. Last January, we told her we were not in a hurry and we may take a few years to buy. She gave us space yet continued to provide options and things to think about. She quickly became a friend. Roxanne is a nice person to begin with. Not pushy but assertive. She knew the answers to all of my questions about living in Bonita Bay. She was on my side getting the best deal for our condo there. She did the walk through on the day of the closing because we were out of town and will check on our condo weekly until we get down to Bonita Bay. She answered our text and email questions quickly and kept us up to date on the sale the whole way through.
