I met Jake Arden in 2016 at his first open house. He was exactly what I imagined a sales associate would be like. Jake assisted us in buying out first house in FL and since then he has been our go to for selling and buying. Jake is amazing - kind and considerate all while keeping one the real world of buying and selling. I couldn't ask for a better associate. Jake is truly the best!!!!

In May 2014 I was looking for a condominium in Bonita Springs, and came south to meet with Jackie. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm, as well as the preparation she had done before our meeting, based upon my preferences. Over that Summer, she kept in touch with me as opportunities arose, and when she emailed me a brand new listing for the place I now call home, she had visited it and could knowledgeably answer my questions. I had seen a similar floor plan, and based upon the trust I felt in Jackie, I purchased it sight unseen. I was very happy with the entire experience and very highly recommend her.

Laura Easterling was a pleasure to work with. She worked extremely hard to show us as many properties as possible while visiting from out of town. The portal was also extremely helpful and useful. During the offer/counter phase, Laura was very knowledgeable in offering advice for the best path forward. She made closing a smooth and seamless process. Highly recommended.
