Patrick was extremely attentive. He saw to it that our condo was shown and marketed aggressively. We were very lucky to have him as our agent and to sell our unit when there were 32 others on the market at the time. We also have nothing but praise for his associate Samantha Cole. She did a sterling job of hand holding and reassuring beside keeping the paper trail going.

I was extremely pleased with Denise Joyce's professional efforts in listing and selling my condo. The market at the time of my sale was stating to slow down a bit but yet she sold the condo in less than two months. My condo was sold as a turnkey and she helped us figure out the best way to list it as a fully furnished unit. The pictures really showed the condo very well when it was displayed on the internet which brought much traffic to the unit. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone needing to sell a home and would also use her to help find a new property as well. She also helped me buy my newly constructed home as well as finding the perfect lot for me. Denise shows much drive in her profession and I certainly experienced first hand of her passion for being a realtor!

Kim is an outstanding realtor. She has sold two homes for me quickly and at a fair price. She has gone above and beyond in her service to me. Kim used her own time to assist me in moving and finding someone to clean for me. I am disabled and could not have done it without her. Bob is a great agent. He helped us buy our home in Bonita Springs. My husband and I were in Ohio. I asked Bob if he would go look at a new community called Paloma and give me his opinion on the location and the homes being built in Paloma. We did build a home there 4 yrs ago . Never having any regrets. He was there when we made the purchase and at closing. . Bob was always available to answer questions and give us needed advice. Buying and building a home with his help and guidance was rewarding . He still send us Christmas cards and birthday cards. He is a true professional and friend. Barbara Atherlne
