Renee was wonderful to work with. She listened to our wants and needs and weeded through the many houses we sent her to find the ones that might work for us. She was readily available anytime we needed her. You can feel her joy in helping find the right one, especially when you find it!! It is obvious she truly loves what she does and her client is her first priority. I will be referring anyone I know looking to her and would use her again if I am ever in the market again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kim Ellis from John R. Wood. She met me at my house, and began by explaining her background and her experience in real estate. She told me what needed to be done, and what to expect from beginning to end . She answered all of my questions, and I had LOTS, even answering questions I had not thought about. She gave me honest opinions, and promised to be there for me every step of the way, and she was. All of my phone calls and Emails were answered right away, no matter what time it was, and it was obvious how knowledgeable and focused she was, I felt like I was her only client . Kim made me feel comfortable about the process, and she always smiles, which helps if you get stressed! Her professionalism and kindness were exceptional. Looking back, I had no idea how much I did not know! Kim took care of everything. I now feel like I have a new friend. I would highly recommend Kim Ellis!!!

Mimy and John were an awesome team- the best realtor experience we’ve ever had. Mimy helped prepare our house and made sure our photos were stunning, and both of them went above and beyond to get our house sold. They were responsive and proactive. They advised us on offers and truly acted in our best interest. They arranged cleaners after our move and even sent our important mail to us. They are kind, enthusiastic, and understanding.
