Frank Ward is such a fantastic realtor. We used him when we first moved to Florida and again as we sold our house this year. He is knowledgeable about the market and had excellent insight into pricing strategy. He gave us very helpful feedback as we prepped our house to sell that really helped to attract buyers. When we received offers, he was very transparent about how the offer would impact what we were hoping to net and had great suggestions for negotiation. Overall Frank is a down to earth realtor, genuine and cares about his clients. In fact, when the title company of the house we sold made a significant error on wiring funds to our new title company, Frank stepped in and had a contact at the title company he was able to connect with on a Friday evening. Thanks to Frank's connections and his devotion to his clients, we were able to get resolution over a weekend when we otherwise would have had to wait till Monday. Most agents don't go to this level. Would highly recommend Roxanne Jeske. She listed my parents house for us when we sold. We were dealing with selling a home in FL, while we were in Chicago. Kyle did a good job incoaching me on what needed to be done to the house before we put it on the market. Home was damaged during the huricane and was completly rebuilt on the inside and out. The rebuild took 9 months but oncew we listed the property we had a buyer in about 60 days and closed 45 days after going to contract. Closing was handled by the Title Company and went smoothly and did not have any issues.

Monika is a terrific Agent. She solves problems and is a advocate for her client. In my transaction she filled in the gaps the "other side" was not getting done. We loved working with Billie. She is very professional but also very friendly. We immediately felt very at ease with her. We spent two days with her visiting different sites that we had researched together prior to our meeting. She knew exactly what we wanted and didn't waste our time with useless visits. At first, we were leaning towards existing properties but Billie suggested visiting new construction and that's what we ended up purchasing. We highly recommend Billie and will definitely work with her again if and when we need an agent.
