Bill is personable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and he sold our property really quickly for a great price. We really couldn't have asked for more, he and his team were there for us right through the process. We interviewed several agents but he was head and shoulders the best: very professional yet still approachable and mercifully free from realtor BS. We'll go direct to Bill next time we look to sell a property in Naples.

WOW - Talking about customer service and assistance purchasing your 1st home! Nelson is a superstar - taking me to look at many different properties, going out of his way to show me the area, helping me with utilities, city hall, locks, contractors, etc. I wanted to see several different properties and he made me feel at ease and comfortable though the entire process. He went above the call of duty and was the from the beginning of this process to even after the closing.

Bill sold our house so we also used his services to buy our new one. He did an excellent job: arranged multiple viewings for us, at short notice, was always available at odd times when we needed him, enthusiastic and came prepared with knowledge about the area and similar properties. Apart from being a genuinely nice person to deal with, Bill is a problem-solver. Almost every property transaction has obstacles to resolve and Bill just finds a way through, over or round them to get a deal done. He's definitely our 'go-to' realtor in Naples: we highly recommend him.

Over my life time, I have bought & sold many properties from New Jersey to Florida. This however was my first time as a single person. My experience with Scott was amazing!
