Everything about this transaction played out beautifully and largely without surprise, which is always a good thing. The unexpected things that DID pop up were handled calmly, quickly and professionally by our agent, Nicola Wakelin. She even stepped up to bridge a small economic gap between the buyers and us, without our asking her to. I would absolutely use her services again, and therefore that of John R. Wood.
