This was our fifteenth transaction with a real estate agent (I was active duty military and we moved A LOT). Hands down, Nicola's professionalism, communication, and overall "mission accomplishment" expertise were the BEST we have experienced. From her initial presentation of the marketing plan for our home, to doing exactly what she said she would, through incredibly professional videography and photos, to shepherding the entire process through to completion, we could not have asked for better representation. She got us a record-breaking price for a Carlyle in Riverstone without a pool! Most impressive of all, to us, was the immediacy of her communications - we rarely had to wait beyond five minutes for a response to a phone call, email or text. She kept us posted every step of the way and calmly handled those few hiccups that invariably occur during the sale of any home.
