Lisa is Amazing. She went above and beyond! The closing on our home was not typical in any way, even our Attorney said they had never seen a closing so complicated! However, Lisa was on top of things at every turn, she kept us informed and showed concern. She is very professional and knows how to get the job done! We found The Douglas Group to be a Highly Competent Real Estate Resource, willing to work hard to secure the sale of our home. Cookie is not a list it and forget it realtor. She listens to the client while at the same time offering practical advice to get the job done. As an out of area seller, it was reassuring to know that Cookie was there making sure the house presented well before each showing. She never hesitated doing the little extras like watering the flowers or checking the AC and lights after a showing. I would use Cookie Douglas again and would recommend her to friends and family members.
