Jake was great to work with throughout the process of selling my home. His knowledge of the market and network of resources made this whole experience incredibly fluid and stress-free. Additionally, Jake's attitude and demeanor really kept my mind at ease when the buyers had to pivot. Jake took control and remained transparent in all our moves to get the deal done. Lastly, I had a pretty tight deadline of trying to get my home sold and he moved quickly and efficiently to get it done! We went on the market on a Wednesday, and then that Saturday we had 3 showings receiving two offers! He was fast!! I would highly recommend him for all realtor needs and will certainly be leveraging him for anything in the future.

6 Stars, no wait... 7 STARS !! We met Annie at a neighbor’s open house and we’re immediately impressed with how she showed the house, presented herself and represented the seller. When our house didn’t sell, we contacted her, asked her advice, then agreed to have her list our house. She kept us informed and advised us what needed to be done to have the house show better. She was very professional and provided a backup offer when the original deal fell through 5 days before scheduled closing. We have since recommended her to everyone we know who is looking to buy or sell a property here in Naples.
