Our experience with Mindy Young from beginning to end was phenomenal! We met Mindy about 2 1/2 years ago upon a recommendation from a friend who Mindy had helped with several properties. Throughout our journey of finding our dream "winter" Florida home, (which consisted of several flights down from Illinois for a long weekend), Mindy was a complete pleasure to work with. She was consistently flexible and accommodating with her time, always prepared with numerous places for us to look at along with having well putt together detailed booklets containing property information . The booklets were quite handy for us to take notes and review when we were back home in Illinois. Her professionalism and knowledge was quite impressive. Most of all, Mindy has the patience of an angel. The search was quite long...2 years.. and not once did we feel rushed. Mindy truly cared about us finding the "perfect" place..and we certainly did! We feel fortunate to have had Mindy as our agent and even more so for the friend she has become. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
