He did an exceptional job of keeping in touch on each showing and was always available when we had questions. Also, after the contract was signed, he did an excellent job of helping us with the items that needed attention. We had never sold a residence using the internet and the showing being handled by a company who notified us. However, it certainly worked well and the residence sold in less than two weeks.

Dave, being the team partner of Pat Ward, was extremely patient and knowledgeable of our needs and time frame for looking for a new to us home. He understood the time frame and stress we faced and was patient with the questions that Conrad always asked. We would use both Dave and Pat again when needed.

We worked previously with Pat Ward, of the Dave Tate/Pat Ward team. Pat knew Conrad's learning curve the other year was very steep in the ways of Florida real estate and also working with an agent. She kept telling Conrad "you'll know this is the one when you see it" and it did come about. Dave and Pat were always there when either was not available. A great team with personality.
