Five Stars for John Newman for certain! John Newman is the best real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. He is, and was, extremely patient as we made our final selection for our new home, I might add it only took us around 7 years or so to find the perfect home in Naples, Florida and John was with us all the way, and never seemed discourage by all the homes we turned away. John has become a very good friend through our real estate experience and I would encourage anyone looking for a home in this real estate market, to work with John Newman.

Anita was exceptional. Terrific personality and extremely knowledgeable about Naples real estate market and Delasol. I am now happy to call her a friend. She was not the first realtor that was contracted about my property, but I am so happy that I swiched to her. I was also very pleased with the help her associate Amy provided. My property was sold by another JR Wood realtor. This person was not as knowledge able and Anita had to correct many issues.

I really enjoyed working with John, he made a difficult situation and easy one, I had to sell my uncles house and I reside in Iowa and the house is in Naples. I was concerned about having to come to Florida and deal with the sale and property and he took care of everything and we received a considerable amount more than what I needed to take care of my uncles expenses. I recommend John he kept me informed, gave me good advice, and the sale went smoothly and fast. s
