Shawn was so comfortable to be around and made it so easy. After identifying exactly what I wanted he showed me only the properties that fit in the criteria that fit my expectations. He also was no pressure. Love that! The closing was easy and fast and Shawn did an excellent job of explaining things to me as well as answering endless questions. I would deffinatly use Shawn again. He is helping a friend find a property now and I have given his name to another friend interested in moving. Love to pass along a name of someone who is interested in helping others.

I felt that Keri Huber was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but diligent in finding and showing us active listings. We were able to find our new winter home in Naples over the course of a long weekend and Keri seemed as excited as we were, and she made sure that everything remained on track so that we could close just under one month after having our offer accepted. All in all a very positive experience.

Aysim worked with us on two transactions--an off and on, protracted search over 2 years for a new home and the subsequent sale of the old one. Our experience with Aysim was 5-star in every respect. During our search process, Aysim showed us many options--free standing houses, condos, high-rise, low-rise, etc. She was very patient with us, and we never felt any pressure to purchase anything. The goal was always to find what was ideal for us. When we eventually found exactly what we were looking for, she was helpful in making a "buy" decision, worked with us on negotiations, and stayed with the process through closing. With the sale of our existing home, she was helpful in setting a realistic asking price, very skillful and active in marketing the home. She negotiated the final deal and, again, stayed with us through closing. Aysim is delightful to work with. She knows both the Naples and Bonita Springs markets "inside out". She is totally dedicated to her clients. Over the years, we've worked with realtors from time to time, and Aysim is absolutely the best.

This space is probably not enough to explain our amazing experience with Aysim. When we decide to sell our townhouse in Naples, we decided to work with Aysim based on her previous expertise, talent, dedication and her creativity. Our house SOLD in one day. Than the excitement started. The process from day one to closing was so smooth and the communication between the buyer, lender, agent and myself was so punctual and very informative. We sold the house for the price we asked. Next we looked around for a single family home to buy. She knew exactly what we were looking for and she hit the target right on spot. We bought the house just next day and we are still living on that house at Orangetree. I recommend to anyone who is looking either to buy or sell a house/ property/lot or whatever.
