I was referred to Arianne Taylor who was not just extremely helpful, she was more helpful than most of my family. I was dealing with my family's probate with a few complicating circumstances, one of them being my parents house, which needed to be sold. I was mostly left with the burden of the estate, and Arianne not only jumped in to get it done, she practically managed it at great relief to me and my family. Through repairs, sorting and packing personal affects, as well as cleanup and preparation for showing, Arianne was an absolute Saint. I would not have been able to finish it without her help. The appreciation I have cannot be expressed sufficiently with words. I know she was compensated as a real estate agent but her efficiency, patience, kindness and caring far exceeded her job requirements, in my opinion, and for that I am truly grateful. Lorri is an incredible agent - she is the most responsive and customer-focused realtor I have ever worked with or known. From the moment of first contact until after the closing she has been an invaluable resource, which was so important for us as out-of-town buyers. We were in town for one week to look for our new home, and Lorri made herself completely available the whole week so we could be sure to see every property we needed to in order to feel confident in our decision. She was a fabulous resource during negotiations, and continued to look after our interests after we left and while we awaited the closing. She has helped us identify service resources we need to take care of the house, and to complete furnishing it. The listing agent, Valerie Masse, performed duties and helped me in numerous ways due to the fact that I was several states away and not able to take care of them myself. In addition to conducting several open houses and showings, she assisted in getting issues resolved and worked with repair persons, cleaned the property prior to showings, and provided excellent client feedback throughout the sales process. I have worked with several real estate agents in the past and Ms. Masse was by far the best! I will highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent.

I have worked with quite a few real estate agents, both, here, in Naples, as well as in NY. Kim Ellis is THE BEST Real Estate Agent that I've ever worked with! She was there every step of the way, from the beginning till the end! With every aspect of the process, Kim came through with Flying Colors! A neighbor had recommended Kim to me a few months back. Worked with Laurie this spring on the purchase of two Marco Island Homes. In each instance, she stayed with us the entire way during the process and well after the closing to assist in getting us acclimated to the homes and the island. Hats off to "Z" & Willie her home inspection team!
