Working with David Luciano as the buyers agent, was a pleasure from start to finish. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and made the process smooth and stress free. Dave has worked with several friends and people we know, who all felt the same about him. We plan to use him when we sell our property in the near future.

I am grateful for all the hard work that Kelly put forward with the sale of our family's home. I know Kelly faced numerous challenges during the sales process. One was that the home was in poor shape making it difficult to find buyers. Also, some of us (sellers) were not local and some were tough to get in touch with, but Kelly went out of way to make it happen. I'm also pleased with the quick contract to closing time frame. We selected Lynn as a buyer’s agent after interviewing three highly recommended realtors. Having lived in the area all her life, she is very knowledgeable about the community, and had the best presentation of all three. We made the right choice! Lynn was amazing. We looked at many properties, most in gated communities, which we could not enter on our own. Lynn had the patience of a Saint. Most importantly, once we decided on a home, we encountered a very difficult seller and an equally difficult seller’s agent. We had to be very firm about inspection-related repairs, and equally firm when the seller and his agent demanded that we turn over the final closing amount when the seller had not completely vacated the property. Lynn and our attorney Erin (recommended by Lynn) had to set very firm limits and receive the wrath of the very entitled seller’s realtor. This was not an easy task for any of us, but Lynn maintained her wonderful sense of humor, making the process much easier than it could have been. We have occupied our new home for a week, and Lynn has recommended excellent service providers. Furthermore, she has followed up to obtain feedback about provided services. She has also made it clear that she is here to assist us in the future, even though the financial transaction is complete. To sum my testimonial, Lynn is a true professional, and more than that, she really cares about her clients, from the heart. She wants you to be happy with your purchase (and I suspect your sale, if she serves as the seller’s agent) , and will work so very hard make it happen for you.
