Dave was excellent. He makes sure that he communicates well. He was patient and friendly through the entire process. He provided advice, but always made it clear that it was our decision. He was supportive. We had made an offer, it was accepted and we went to contract. However, after the inspection, we decided the house was too much work for us at this time. Dave helped us withdrawal from the contract and supportive through the process and quickly helped us make another offer. It is an aggressive market currently, so you need an expert partner to assist and provide support throughout the process. His team was also responsive to our needs as well. It takes a village!

I used John R. Wood, Samantha Aquino agent, to list my property in Arielle, Pelican Marsh, Naples, Florida. Samantha was professional, knowledgeable of the real estate process, honest, kind and very likeable. She had a real feel for staging and getting the condo in top form for showing. The process went smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend Samantha as an agent on the basis of her professionalism and genuine personality.

Shawn was incredible. He was great at communicating all through the process and was always quick to respond to my questions. This transactions had some glitches caused by the seller and selling agent, yet Shawn remained positive and handles everything with grace and positivity. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Naples area.
