Went with Samantha Aquino as I saw that she had sold a condo similar to ours in Arielle. When I bought the condo 5 years ago we had used a John R Wood agent so I felt the company was competent and professional. I especially appreciated the wonderful and professional pictures and video that was made to market the condo. I would give John R Wood the top rating except for one thing. In haste and a hurry I agreed to pay the extra $295 processing fee. At the closing when I had time to reflect on the process I had second thoughts about the $295 processing fee. Just want you to know for your information that there's no way I would sign on and agree to this fee again. I gladly pay the 6% realtor's fee. But I feel that's very adequate. And I feel it's tacky of your company to add that $250 fee. So in the future, I would say no if this fee had to be part of the future. I would also tell my friends about it and perhaps suggest that they look at other companies. Other than that, I think your company is awesome.

Michelle was an excellent sales representative. She shared her extensive knowledge of the area and listened to our 'want and don't want" list, showing us only houses that met our important criteria. Additionally, she is very friendly and outgoing and shared her favorite local spots for dining, shopping and beach locals. We have not only gained an excellent real estate agent, but a friend in our home buying experience.

Debbie was excellent in every aspect! Selling a property while being out-of-state is challenging. Debbie stepped in and was there to allow the painters, carpet installers, appliance delivery people, and repairmen into our condo. She communicates well--always promptly responded to e-mails, phone calls, and texts. Her knowledge of the area was top notch, and her recommendations were solid. She stayed on top the selling process and kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend her without hesitation to all of our family and friends.
