If you are buying a home in SWFL, and you are crazy if you aren’t buying now, then run don’t walk to John R Wood Properties and demand that Lisa Blanchard be your realtor! Randy went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our house shopping! He was able to point out pros and cons to ensure each house we looked at was fairly rated. All documents were explained thoroughly prior to being signed electronically. We can't thank you enough Randy!
