The best of the best. Personable, prompt, and actually has morals and ethics. Looks out for her clients and does not put making a profit over making sure her clients are taken care of. Beth and Joe were the best! This was a difficult sell, almost no response to open houses, or advertising, then a buyer who strung us along for so long we had to say we couldn't do another thing for her and had to put it back up for sale, and then a buyer with an FHA loan which was a nightmare of inspections, etc. Beth followed up on every problem and request and was there to the final moment and then some! She did a great job staging the house and looked after it while we were trying to sell it. Joe was a big help with open houses and taking care of much more. They are lovely people, charming and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

As a new doctor MD moving into town on a short notice, absolutely the best realtor experience we've ever had. Christina actually listened to what we were looking for and produced. She didn't try to show us places she was trying to move like other realtors we've used. We ended up with an even more perfect home than we thought was available because she pulled her resources and there it was. Thanks for your patience with us especially with us being out of town. Navigating things we didn't know we needed to consider like insurance maps and flood maps and hurricane maps. Cheers

Liz went above and beyond for us through the 4 month process of our new home construction! She was knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely professional. Since we were going through this process from NY, she visited the property often to provide us with updates. When the builder made major changes to our master bedroom without our knowledge, Liz fought tirelessly to get us a new unit with the original design. Family or not, Liz is an amazing realtor who and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with her. She had our best interests at heart during this entire process. She is an asset to your agency and any client would be lucky to have her represent them!

My wife and I had wanted to buy in Bay Colony since my parents passed away and my sibs decided selling their Carlysle condo was the best thing to do. Florean kept her eye out for exactly what we were looking for and only contacted us when she found it. She walked us through the particulars of the transaction. Now she is on the lookout for a bigger place for us. Five stars!
