Had an excellent experience with John R. Wood and agent Bill Verdonk as our buying agent. Bill was incredible throughout the process. His knowledge of the greater-Naples area is second to none and spent the time with us during our purchasing process to view many listings and make a competitive offer on the perfect property. We were set up with a reputable, local title company and the various inspection personnel which would have been foreign to us coming to the area from out of state. Would highly recommend John R. Wood as buyer or seller representation and would work with Bill again throughout the real estate process.

Our favorite things about Yvonne was... she was amazingly prompt in returning our calls and text...that meant a lot to us. Also we REALLY appreciated that she followed through on each showing and would arrive and have the house show ready for the buyers and buyers agent, and then was responsible and made sure the doors were licked and the lights were off. She was there to answer any questions that they may have had. And last, Yvonne ALWAYS dressed very tasteful, she always looked professional and classy. Thank you Yvonne for your patience.
