First, before I even give my review on Dan Avissato, please note I have two little toddlers at home, and anyone who has little kids or knows any one with little ones, knows you barely even get to eat dinner some nights and/or even use the bathroom alone. So the fact that I am making time to write this review should speak for what an utterly outstanding job Dan did selling our house! Secondly, Dan had our house under contract BEFORE it even officially went on the market! Which means the second I sat down with him to talk about selling our house, he was already hard at work looking for buyers. That alone speaks volumes for just how much of an incredible realtor Dan is. I’ve always heard just horror stories about selling and buying houses and trust me when I tell you I was dreading putting my house on the market, but with Dan every single one of my worries I thought I was going to have, Dan was already four steps ahead of me making sure I knew exactly what was going on and exactly where we were in the selling process. At times I’m pretty sure he knew what I was going to say or ask before I even did and he had every answer ready, NOT ONCE did I have to follow up with him on the status of anything. Before I even had a chance to send him a message or call him, he had already done so. I’ve never receive this kind of customer service from anyone before! It’s like Dan made himself an unofficial member of my family and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and him knowing I had two little ones at home, knew I had enough to worry about, and that kind of character trait in not a trait that can be taught to a sales person or really any person in general. It is not only truly priceless, but a trait that is engrained in you from birth. In life there aren’t too many things you are 100% sure of, but I will tell you this, I’m a 100% sure I would hire Dan again to sell or assist in buying my future home!

Alysia Shivers was great!!! She communicated throughout our entire selling process., She was at all inspections., always timely., had great professional input on all our needs and requirements as well as asked if we needed help packing loading cleaning, etc. I would recommend her for any buying or selling experience. Daniel goes out of his way to assist his client in any way he can. Also, Daniel is dependable and reliable. He thoroughly completes all paper work and explains the details to his client. Daniel is very respectful and informs the client when he is finished showing the home. Daniel shows the home to as many prospective buyers as possible, and also adheres to the clients wishes. He does not give up until the house is sold at the right price. The difference between Daniel and other real estate people is that Daniel puts the client first and not himself. Therefore, a client will trust Daniel and not many other real estate people unfortunately. Other real estate people can learn from Daniel's example.

Randy Whitson has been our Realtor since we moved to FL 6 years ago. He has handled 3 tranactions for us over this time period and we couldn't be more pleased. Randy is always available to us whenever we questions and has a wealth of knowledge on real estate in this area and has always been correct with his answers as time has proven. He is very professional and accommodating for all schedules involved. He is not just in it for the commission like some in the business. He has awesome customer serviice, something that is lacking in this area. I would recomend him to any of my family or friends. At age 62 I dont plan to need to many more realtors but if i do i know who i will call. Ha Ha Ha!

Carol Wood is a phenomenal agent who took us through several options until we decided on the perfect home for us.
