Overall excellent job on her behalf. Michelle is very pleasant to work with and very professional . Michelle kept me informed and I think went above and beyond what I would have expected to make things happen. She would answer at all times or get right back with me. Danielle did an excellent job listing and selling our home quickly. She was professional, attentive, knowledgeable the entire time. There are simply no adequate words to pinpoint the true gift that Lyn Reddy gave us in helping to find the perfect property for our family. I came to Naples with a short notice, met Lyn, and after a few days of a marathon effort, was able find a place to not only meet our needs, but check off all the boxes and more! We are delighted! Lyn turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy, pleasant one with the perfect outcome. You simply can't get better than that. She is highly knowledgeable, and I am so grateful for her gracious communication throughout the entire process. Robin Lane is extraordinary! She led us through the selling process here in Naples step by step. Her communication was stellar. She impressed upon us the importance of knowing our market. And because of that, the first offer was $100 over asking price. It’s crazy but a back up offer was on the table within days. We ended up closing for $10k over asking! Robin is vested in what is best for her client(s) and we walked away being blessed because of her professionalism, tenacity, and her heart for people.
