Due to the nature of operating procedures of the County, we did not require a huge amount of transactional assistance from the Realtors (rather more informational). However, Mari Vesci, Patrick Gendron, and the whole Vesci Team were very responsive to our questions and needs as relates to obtaining information and allowing necessary interaction with the foreign sellers on this transaction. This is the third time using Tracy. This time it was a tough closing because my buyer in Clearwater Beach postponed the closing 5 times! I had to hire a attorney & Tracy recommended a several & I chose the right one. She kept the transaction together for my Naples purchase and helped me to unpack and hang pictures! She is GREAT!
