Rick and Lauren were absolutely great. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of each area we looked at. Since we are not familiar with the area this was extremely helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and arranged for us to see more than a half dozen options in a single day and helped us to make what we believe is the perfect choice. You are so very lucky To have Nick as one of your agents. His professionalism, integrity, and friendliness, were exceptional. trying to buy a home in Florida when you lived in Buffalo is not an easy ordeal. Nick made it so much easier on us. Lyn has an excellent grasp of the Naples real estate market and she understands the aspects of each neighborhood. This enabled us to make an informed choice and feel immediately comfortale with our purchase. Wonderful personal skills which were evident, not only to us, but in her manner interacting with others including the seller's agent. She could not have been more accomodating. Responsive to our phone inquiries, immediately answered email, expedited paperwork and arranged for services (attorney, home inspector, etc.) that we could not have attempted on our own. I have already bragged about Lyn to all our friends. An oustanding representative of your agency. Others in our social sphere are about to investigate second home purchases and we will gladly direct them to Lyn without reservation. Excellent.
