I would Recommend Daniel to everyone, not only did he help find the house of my dreams but also was very helpful and knowledgeable. Being a first time homebuyer I was overwhelmed, but Danny took the lead and his experience showed. Danny listened to all my needs and wants and without hesitating he leaped into action finding us a reasonable house in our price range. He went above and beyond showing us multiples houses and always making sure we felt like his top priority.

2 years ago After working with Mike recently on a real estate deal, I can say that he is a great real estate person! I found him to be extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and pine island specifically. When I decided to pursue building a home, he was able to walk me through that process as well. I was fully prepared to make a decision based on the confidence i had gained by working with Mike. I know Pine Island Realty and Mike Faulkner will always be my real estate people! They are 5 Star!!!

Lynette was phenomenal. She quickly grasped exactly what we were looking for in a new home( and we were pretty specific). She asked questions, then set about finding our perfect home. Lynnette does her homework and toured all the properties we considered in advance. She is always calm, always prepared and extremely respectful of our time. She is prompt in every way. If we had a question that she couldn’t answer, she immediately found the proper source and got us an answer. Lynnette is also warm, friendly and easy to communicate with. She made our home buying process so easy and stress free. After our purchase, Chris has been terrific. He answers every question quickly and patiently. Florean Mader recently handled the sale of our home in Bay Colony. Florean did an outstanding job of marketing the property with professional photography, excellent brochures, Ads and direct mail. She guided us in prepaing the house for showings not only by decluttering but with adding her own expert staging touches. We were very pleased at the way Florean handled the selling process, from scheduling to providing buyers with neighborhoods tours and helping us in advance with county clearances. We would highly recommend Florean to anyone selling their property and would certainly use her again.
