Blair insists on getting a very high standard of video and photos. He is on the scene for everything. He let me know if something was not just right, eg torn screen in lanai, and offered to have it repaired as we were not in the same city as the house being offered for sale. Never have I had someone so wonderful to work with. Mr Rivera's philosophy of what counts, is to make his client happy, is a good one and he certainly did make me very happy in getting me into my new home. She knows how to bring the parties together to get the right deal done. She never gets emotional or flustered. She has a great knowledge of the real estate inventory and is up to date on technology and the constant fluctuations in the market. My husband and I worked with Robert long distance to both purchase a new condo in Naples Lakes, and sell our existing one. We were leaving the country for 9 days and found a property online that we knew we had to move quick on. Robert was very responsive and we completed all of the paperwork in a matter of days so we wouldn't lose out on the property!
