2 years ago We really enjoyed working with Mike Faulkner. He gathered a great selection of homes for us to walk through on short notice. His knowledge of various rules, regulations and potential problems that could surface in the area were invaluable. When we fell in love with the home we picked and it turned out he was also the selling agent, he made our interests and the sellers needs equally important so we all felt like winners. We had never purchased a home in Florida before so we appreciated his guidance on the various types of insurance and inspections that are required. He followed up after we moved in to ensure everything was still ok and even provided a handyman to fix some of the little things that needed attention. All in all, we were extremely grateful that we randomly picked Mike to be our realtor. We couldn't have had a more pleasant and smooth experience. Highly recommend.

We felt so lucky to have found Mike Faulkner of Pine Island Realty, Inc. He made it so very easy to buy a house while out of state. He went above and beyond showing us houses, touring the island with us and telling us about it. Truly Exceptional service from Mike as well as his staff.

I am so glad Gail & John were my agents for the listing and sale of my house. They did a great job with market research and analytics and had the experience to guide me through tough decisions. They really made this sale happen, as they coached all through the sale and closing process. John and Gail were always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that the sale happened.

Our associate, Heather Burns, went above and beyond her duties as a Sales Associate. She was personable and treated our home as her own, paying close attention to the details that made it special, and taking care of minor issues that we weren’t able to handle being out of state. We trusted her fully. She communicated with us after every showing and relaid feedback from potential buyers. Once an offer was accepted, she made sure to line up all the necessary protocols, handled the buyers questions and concerns and relaid them to us and made sure we were both satisfied. If she didn’t know an answer, she researched until she had one. We’ve bought and sold many homes and had several agents but none have been as thorough, personable while professional and as knowledgeable with city, county, and state codes and regulations as Heather is. She even familiarized herself with our neighborhood HOA regulations. We will definitely use her again if possible and refer her to others we know and those that ask.

My professional experience with Mary and Robert was first rate all the way through closing from listing. I felt they secured the best deal for me. They communicated really well during the entire process. I had no unanswered questions. When it came to closing Robert was so helpful in juggling two closings at simultaneously.
