John Robert was very attentive and determined to get the job done. He went to many extremes over the course of the listing to make sure every detail was attended to. His overall marketing efforts and knowledge resulted in satisfying our needs. We also purchased a home with John's assistance. My wife and I looked for years for the perfect retirement lot to build a home. Working with Mike Faulkner, we were able to finally find our dream location on the waterfront in a great location. First, I apologize for the length of this review but buying a home is quite personal. Mike Faulkner and Pine Island Realty are the single and only reason we have a home on the island. Mike worked with us for many years searching for the right property. We saw many prospective homes in person, and hundreds electronically. In all but a very few contenders, Mike actually talked us out of making an offer. We would even send him listings we found on line and he would give us the real “scoop” on each one and why they did or didn’t fit. You see, Mike understood our timeline (not yet retired), and our wants for dockage and access, home size and character, and of course cost. Even though we were flexible on cost, Mike was keenly focused on value and market - both current and future. BTW, those other homes sold. The end result for us could not have been better. Our past experiences with other real estate brokers and showings always ended with “What do you want your offer to be?”. We didn’t hear that once from Mike!

We have known Jake Arden for years…to his credit he stuck with us as we vacillated from wanting a home with a pool, to a bigger condo, to a home without a pool..he was very patient and always responsive, and kept sending listings and checking in with us regularly. When we finally came upon the “ right place” he was professional, extremely helpful and always respectful of our requests. He negotiated on our behalf and never dismissed any of our concerns. We would recommend Jake and John R Wood and would use their services in the future if needed.

I just wanted to let you know how good a job your agent, Pat Ward, has done in closing my Mothers condo in Naples. We closed last week and Pat did much more than is required for a Realtor. When I first called her I requested a discounted rate of commission. She politely told me that your firm was the best in Naples (which I already new) and that the extra effort she would provide would more than make up for any commission reduction. She was right! She went out of her way to help my Mother, from packing, visiting her in the hospital, even taking her to the airport and making sure she got on the plane to Texas. I am in the real estate industry in Dallas and it is rare to find a agent that dedicated to getting the job done. Please tell her that all the extra effort was more than appreciated and if I ever need an agent in Naples again, I will use no one but her.
