I was a Principal in the largest Real Estate Title Co. in the Baltimore Washing ton area. I worked with at least 1000 Realtors during my career. Robert is what we called a 10 percenter. A top Realtor who knows all aspects of the sales process. He was exceedingly helpful in our two transactions in Naples , Florida. He responded nearly immediately whenever we contacted him with a question or concern. He made sure our Mortgage and Title Cos. received info in a timely way. He followed up with us to make sure that we were on track during the process. In addition to being a consummate Pro,he is one of the nicest,caring people you will meet. Finally, he really listens to what his clients needs and goals are,a rare trait. I would recommend him highly to any of my friends or neighbors.

Mr. Rua was very knowledgeable and informative. He was very pleasant and was a pleasure to work with. He was able to inform us of the local spots and answered any questions that we had. Whenever I mentioned his name people of and about him and always had good things to say about him. I would recommend Mr. Rua to snyone.

Candice was amazing!! I could not have done this sale without her. I was unfortunately in a bad investment from a construction company that did not complete my new build. Thankfully, Candice worked her magic and sold my property.

We were very happy with Mike Faulkner as our real estate agent. He was very professional and helpful and put us in touch with all of other services we needed as new residents. I could also stop into the office at any time with questions. There was even a nice basket of gifts awaiting us as we moved into our new home!
